We enjoyed the room and the staff - very nice, the room was beautiful very comfortable - the beds were very relaxing - the only problem we had were the keys - we did have to go down 3 times to request new ones, getting into the door was a problem, it would not work - tied up some time with that - other than that, lovely place to stay love the lobby and the room was very nice roomy and comfortable, the location was perfect was near all the areas that we wanted to visit - thank you- the parking was a little pricey and I didn't know it prior - so that's on me I guess, but it was very quick and we were able to get to our room in a little bit of time minus the key situation thank you!

I loved the aesthetic of the hotel in general. The entrance has seating all around where guests can wait, work or socialize. It was clean and one of the few dog friendly hotels in the area. Staff was always helpful and kind when answering questions. Maintenance was also friendly and constantly checked on my needs. I was on the sixth floor so I had a nice view of the buildings and that area is pretty lovely. Multiple restaurants in short distances and different lounges/theaters near by. Ten outta ten.

Our room was very roomy, it was handicap accessible, yet the bathroom would not meet those requirements. The bathroom vanity is extremely compact, so it didn't offer much room for toiletries. The air conditioner was extremely excellent, we like our room cold when we sleep and the worked wonderfully. The location is great, not too far from most attractions, uber or walking makes getting around easy.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I liked the idea of staying in a historic building and the facility was beautiful. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The parking situation was explained very clearly and the pricing was fair. It was a very peaceful and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful part of the city. We will be back!

The hotel was centrally located and minutes away from various shops including Maceys. Reading Terminal Foodhall was around 15 minutes away. The hotel has two restaurants attached to it - one Mediterranean and the other a Steakhouse/Grill. There is also a coffee shop that offers healthy breakfast options. Lots of Avocado dishes, burritos, bacon, eggs, heathy toast
